Coordinated feasibility-phase analysis for 3 Hydroelectric Projects using PMI with interdisciplinary teams and reported progress with MS Project. Shaped dialogue and networking between company, business representatives, local authorities and communities using visual material and reports, thus increasing overall stakeholders’ engagement.

Designed construction solutions for Hydroelectric and Infrastructure projects with tools such as AutoCad, CivilCad 3D, HILTI Profis Anchor, HILTI Profis Installation. Structured clients’ database about construction projects, investments, and project schedules, helping the department to draw further infrastructure analysis. Acted as key point of contact for commercial matters to deliver products/services within cost budget, agreed timescales and to the required quality.
