Led the company's first SWIFT settlement integration end to end (ISO 15022, incl. rejections and failed settlements), the foundation for Hold & Release; contributed to partial settlements, transfer linking and automated reconciliation. Drove my team's part of Disaster Recovery: region fail-over incl. FIX session recovery with venues, tested in production.

Set coding standards, review practices and architecture conventions; owned hiring and onboarding. Promoted to Tech Lead, grew the team to 10 engineers, partnered with Product on roadmap and delivery. Introduced a cross-team architectural decision process that became the team standard.
