Tasks: - work out technical quotations - set-up software for the price-calculation of transformers - technical follow-up of purchase orders Achievements: - Intensive teamwork over all departments - Learnt to read and understand customer requirements in a fast and efficient way. - Dealt with customer specifications in several languages (even unknown languages such as Danish, Spanish…)

Tasks: - fully responsibility of projects from order until delivery - comparison of customer specifications with commercial quotation - order intake & order follow-up (commercial, technical,...) Achievements: - Intensive teamwork over all departments - Improved project management skills - Improved knowledge of French language (French customers) - Main projects are RATP and Siemens Wind Power (first real projects in this department)

Tasks: - Responsible for the customer service of the German spoken market at the Distribution transformers division (team of 4 people) Achievements: - Built up good relationship and cooperation with agents in Germany. - Knowledge on transformer design, manufacturing and testing. - Improved knowledge of German language (German spoken customers)

Tasks: - presentation of ADB products to customers - comparison of ADB products with products of competitors (technical and commercial) - work out specifications of future products - technical support to and training of sales people - work out technical manuals and catalogue leaflets of ADB products Achievements: - Improved knowledge of English language - Learnt to deal with customers - Simultaneously use of several languages

Tasks: - work out electrical drawings and edit software for electrical drives in steel- and plastic industry - commissioning of electrical engines up to 2MW and training of maintenance staff of customers Achievements: - Familiar with the (drives) technology of the Steel and Plastic industry - Experienced with working on a commissioning site (safety, time pressure, teamwork, responsibility of customer’s machinery…)

Tasks: - training on the "Simadyn D" system (Siemens system to control Drives) - edit software for the electrical drives of an ice-breaker and a drilling platform Achievements: - Studied the electrical drive technology - First time working abroad
