Buildup and monitor Capital Expenditures Budget and part of HQ OPEX Budget. Checkup margins on sales before signing contracts with clients. Perform financial accounting control over OPEX lines. Assess foreign exchange gains/losses impact on P&L by business unit then on inventories value and finally corporate net income and review planning of procurement and pricing. Evaluation of assets/liabilities equilibrium in term of debt gearing, economic and financial net profits

Mission 1: examination of sales procedures of cars, trucks, and SUV and determination of gaps with workflow design in ERP. Mission 2: functional diagnosis of cashing procedures, margins on sales and aftermarket and determination of real cost of goods and services sold. Propose solutions to keep optimal debt gearing and adequate working capital levels by changing credit policy and bank financing limits.

Perform financial & accounting audit services in accordance of professional ISA and applied accounting standards (local GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP) form multitude of companies and market branches (building & construction, cars and engines dealers, telecoms, food & beverage, manufacturing, hotel resorts) then propose adjustments and recommendations. Perform due diligences or evaluations as for merger or acquisitionprivatization. Anti-fraud procedures.
