Initiated a special project in “Guest Interaction Skills” training, operated on a motion-sensing station. Conceptualized and planned the product MVP. Communicated with potential customers, hoteliers for insights and feedback. Planed, organized and carried out B to B field research for the hospitality training product. Analyzed qualitative and quantitative research results and generate various reports.

Obtained knowledge from the main sub-disciplines of psychology with specializations in social and organizational psychology, economic and consumer psychology, clinical neuropsychology. Research skills, statistics and critical thinking were also practiced.
