Our goals as a team were to ensure the best performance of the Mobile Network and customer satisfaction after successfully execute a swap project of 350 Node B and install 7 RNC in Venezuela in only 4 months.

Personal project with an associate, we built an Importer dedicated to supply the tile industry in Venezuela with products imported from Spain. In only 2 months after our first Import we created a client portfolio of 20 clients and sold over 6500 m2 of tiles representing revenues of 40%.

Our objectives as a team were to expand the Mobile Network by integrating new equipment and developing/upgrading the existing ones. We participated in multiple projects at the same time: IP migrations, RNC installations, New Site Commissioning, among others.

Our primary goal was to ensure client satisfaction in the service that we provided. In almost 2 years I was able to achieve outstanding KPIs and kept our region as one of the most accepted by customer standards.
