I was accountable for designing and executing the digitalization strategy in the Asset Risk. Additionally, I was responsible for leading the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. I developed a cascaded KPI system within the Asset management and Asset operations to track the overall power plants performance . In addition, I focused on enhancing the OE capabilities of the Asset Risk team, resulting in the Lean competency certification of the entire team.

My role involved overseeing the implementation of Business Transformation initiatives and developing operational excellence (OE) capabilities at Uniper assets internationally. I led the development of a maturity assessment tool for OE and facilitated the dissemination of best practices and support to international assets. Additionally, I was accountable for creating and implementing OE standards and tools. Skills : project management, operational excellence, transformation

- Responsible for managing all Lean initiatives and sites improvement plans - Evaluation of potential and actual benefits of improvement initiatives Main achievements: Building the OE team (incl. OE navigators network) at E.ON Russia from the ground up. Development of cascaded KPI system and structured system of performance dialogs. Step change in idea management at E.on Russia.

I held multiple roles, including: 1. Risk Manager: As the risk manager, I was responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks 2. Lean Coordinator: As the lean coordinator, I was responsible for implementing Lean principles and methodologies to improve operational efficiency at power plants, reduce waste and optimize processes. 3. Digital Product Owner: As the digital product owner, I was responsible for defining and managing the roadmap for the Asset Management digital solutions .
