- Responsible for sourcing of professionals with a focus on IT functions - Taking over the research, identifying potential candidates on business and careers networks and undertaking the targeted approach as well as conducting telephone interviews - Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc - Screen candidates resume and job applications - Perform in-person, Skype and phone interviews with candidates - Post and update job descriptions and job specifications - Onboard new employees - Act as a point of contact and build relationships during the selection process - Perform reference and background checks
