Key Responsibilities: - Steering full-cycle projects including discovery, design, development, and launch. - Building and nurturing client relationships through regular communications and personalised touches. - Serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and communications skillfully. - Overseeing financial aspects of projects including invoicing, and time tracking. - Delivering client-ready websites and facilitating training on their usage of databases.

Accountability: Mentoring a large group of people to become successful freelancers and providing them with the necessary tools, strategies, and know-how to separate themselves from the competition and assisting them in establishing new business relationships and retaining them on a large scale.

Accountability: Supporting systems and processes across the marketing team's entire spectrum ( 30+ team memebers) working across different teams ( SEO, Growth, ABM, Demand Gen, Content & Design) reporting to senior leadership team and VP of Marketing. Ensuring that collaboration, team performance, and morale are always at their peak.

Accountability: To help us manage our Academy, I put together an international team. Growing funnels for coaches and consultants into their websites, as well as assisting them in implementing these methods into their businesses, and scaling their businesses up to 300%, were all part of our initiatives. Also building affiliate channels through all platforms which we were using to promote products for our students and academy.

Accountability: I assembled an international team to assist us in developing and managing our projects. Our initiatives ranged from IT projects to modifying and upgrading sales processes and automations systems to scale firms from manual to automation systems.

Accountability: I led the team responsible for establishing the brand's presence and branding, ensuring that all parts of marketing, including marketing strategy, social media, Facebook and Google adverts, email marketing, influencer campaigns, and events, were in order.

Achievement: For our startup idea, we earned a 35.000EUR investment. With no resources, we developed a team of 18+ people. During our beta testing phase, we worked with over 70 companies. In our first month, we had 7.000 users. We worked for almost three years, but sadly Co-Vid wiped us out.

Pushed all aspects of digital growth and more. Project management, event planning, and team training were all part of the job description. Big Achievements: For a big brand, we sell, a photoshoot on a shoestring budget (around $100) went viral in 180+ countries. Organising influencer campaigns with 30+ persons and reaching up to 1 million organic views that brought 50k+ sales in a week.

Developing an employer branding plan for the company and its customers. Assuring that we hire the best personnel for the job. Organizing events and ensuring that we are visible in the IT community and that the necessary talent is always available to us and open to collaboration. Achievements: Expansion. New customers. A more powerful team. We moved to a larger location and expanded our workforce by 200%.
