Manager of 10 experienced associates accountable to handle suppliers accounts and action plans to improve operations metrics (e.g. Payment on Time, Delivery times, etc). Drove digital transformation by implementing suppliers catalogs, P&G supplier Portal, Electronic Invoicing and redesign of the P2P KPIs.

Responsible to orchestrate all audit efforts for 30+ work processes from Purchases and Payments Departments acting as point of contact and escalation for external auditors (e.g. EY, Deloitte) and higher management. Manager of 12 resources responsible of executing corrective actions to address audit outages (e.g. invoice corrections, SAP tax code accuracy, manual invoice unblocking, over/under/duplicate payments).

Led business analysis to assess roll out feasibility of Procurement Card in Latin America and Expansion Plans in North America. I designed new reporting capabilities in Business Intelligence to integrate Procurement Card transactions with SAP reporting as well as new tools to strengthen compliance controls to mitigate fraud risks and avoid incorrect tax allocation. Built capability plans to drive operational excellence and end user training.

Coordinated the transition of the operational work (contract creation, purchase order management, blocked invoices resolution, etc.) from Newcastle - UK into Bucharest Service Center.
