Junior Consultant SAP BI (2nd level support) Working parallel in some international projects such as A1 Telekom, Conwert, At&S, MAGNA, TOPAS Main tasks: • Development of new Data Model/create new BW objects: InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, transformations, process chains/making IT test • Monitoring of process chains/solve errors/ABAP debugging • Incident management (processing tickets, communicating with customers and Austrian colleagues) • Open OSS Notes for SAP

Projects: AM4AI (1st level support): Tasks: • Receive orders from German and Indian clients; • Add all necessary information in the special table; • Inform second level support about the order; • Inform clients when their orders were completed; • Work with the complaints if they are existed LEAN (junior navigator): Tasks: • Collect data according the project • Organize DPA workshop • Provide daily huddle for project team • Calculate productivity
