- Responsible for the sales, procurement and logistic operations on international markets – USA, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, Gabon, Ukraine, Russia and Azerbaijan (contract values $500 000 – $5 000 000). - Evaluating market tendencies, identifying business opportunities, developing/adjusting supply chain strategies and implementing process improvements. - Relationship management, networking and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers based on INCOTERMS.

- Auditing management processes within the entire organisation, including the head office, manufacturing site and warehouse, manganese ore extraction sites and HPP construction project. - Monitoring the company's operational soundness and performance in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards and requirements.

- Developing and revising strategic objectives for the organisation based on changes in existing business environment. - Receiving reports on the organisation's projects and activities. - Delivering trainings to students and small/medium business representatives in Georgia.

- Planning, organising and implementing different social and commercial projects. - Portfolio selection & management, Project Scheduling, Project budgeting and Document control, Resource allocation, Controlling of projects KPIs). - Representing the country and the organisation worldwide in international congresses in Montevideo, Uruguay.
