Business Analyst working together with Customer to study and analyse the business requirements in order to prepare the system design, prepare a feasibility study report and system proposal and prepare the system application development plan.

Quality Assurance has responsibilities : work with project team throughout the development lifecycle to understand required functionality, review function requirements, prepare environment for SIT or UAT, review the UAT Test Plan and Test Script prepared by Users, conduct SIT together with the IT Staff and UAT together with User, report any findings and follow up with Developer for fix, make recommendation Responsible and develop System Documentation based on company's Standard Document Guideline.
