Allocated at the Client Bunge Alimentos, in Gaspar/SC, Brazil. · CSM Project: working with SAP ECC, developing functional specifications for the PI and ABAP team, and performing functional/technical tests, in order to validate the integration between the CSM portal and SAP ECC regarding the registration, review, and blocking of BP (Business Partner) master data, as well as in the Credit and Collections Management (FSCM) master data fronts.

· Working in an AMS SAP Support team, in the SD module, resolving tickets from first and second levels for customers from different business segments, such as L'Oréal Brazil, Siniat, SICPA, Logum Logistics, and many other Brazilian companies;

· Leadership of a specialized SAP team, with at least 80 SAP consultants from the most varied modules; · Supporting about 10 clients from different segments, being the first point in escalating incidents and reviewing ticket's priorities in order to meet the SLA agreements; · Daily quality control of call notes, managing metrics, KPIs, SLA, hour bank, and reports, as well as direct action in reducing the backlog and the aging indicators, always based on the best practices from ITIL methodology.

· Monitoring of SAP and Mastersaf tickets for the Infrastructure team; · Interface with the business areas and Project Managers for allocating consultants and managing schedules for SAP and Mastersaf demands.

Responsible for the execution of contractual documents (including contracts, amendments to contracts, scope of works, resource orders) Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets Evaluate contract performance, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules Prepare amendments / extensions of contracts Take care of compliance with contractual obligations
