1) improved supply of production with necessary spare parts and decreased level of production stops on 12%; 2) implemented the following processes: material planning and claim management in cast iron supply, which stabilized the work of Machining department; 3) decreased logistic costs: inventory level - 21%, transport costs decreased based on groupage trucks deliveries from EU -30%, groupage deliveries from Asia -27%, double deck deliveries from Germany -17%.
