Project: POC - Text mining analysis Client: People Bank of Milan Objective: analyzing the reason of payment of bank transfer (unstructured data) to find information about client behavior. Algorithm creation that read the reason of payment of bank transfer, understand the reason or reasons of this payment and classify the transfer in a cluster or clusters. Results available to the client via SAS Visual Analytics. Support programs: SAS Text Miner software, SAS Visual Analytics

Objective: Support marketing and trade marketing decision-making through reports and elaborations of retail and consumers data provided by IRI research centers and GFK (Support Programs: Oracle sales analyzer and Plus Suite - report in Excel and Power Point), and creation of ad hoc reports in collaboration with previous research centers. Occasional cooperation with other research centers ( MillwardBrown , Astare , Ipsos) for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Post graduate degree organized by SAS and Tor Vergata Rome University. Sponsored by Accenture. Principal focus of master was the ability to manage huge amounts of data, also unstructured, for creating suitable support models to take better business decisions
