•Active role in the organization, planning and reception of VIP guests, Portuguese and International delegations •Accompanying delegations on visits to the thematic exhibition pavilions giving logistic and informative support •Active role in the promotion and explanation of the interaction between the Portuguese Culture and every Exposition Pavilion

•Raising advertising sponsors for the publisher’s magazines •Magazine’s promotion as the Publishers Public Relations to enhance its notoriety •Active role in the organization of advertising / promotional events related to the Publishers main theme – equestrian activities
