Width-managed all operational activities except sales and marketing. Deep-included operational matters and strategy issues (understand future challenges for administration and sales/marketing). Most op time on "Controlling"; provide support to "sales" in finance and meet HQ requirements. A must - understand the market and challenges for "sales". Member Nordic management group and part in cooperative/management groups at European level

Team lead, group of 3-5 people. We managed 750 customers in the Nordic/ Baltic. Responsible for VAT issues/reporting and operational corporate tax matters. Responsible for cash management (liquidity and currency). Including create and document processes. Flowa in 10 different currencies. We managed during this period to improve the situation from a loan to a surplus of cash position In 1990 the responsibility for finance/administration for Denmark and Finland was moved to Sweden, 1997 for Norway

Participated in the creation of the processes for the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Management. Implemented first in Sweden and then in the subsidiaries of NEC Scandinavia; Finland, Norway and Denmark. Managed customers in all Nordic countries.
