Launch/relaunch projects for the premium detergent brand in CEE incl. alignment across company's functions. Key achievement: Project lead for setting up liquid production in Russia incl. launch of liquid detergents. Regional contact for global brand mgrs on product innovations for CEE; responsible for CEE-country clusters (i.e. Emerging Markets, Central Europe). Trigger market research; develop product recipes with R&D; sales stimulating activities w/ trade marketing and sales; portfolio mgmt.

Member in global strategic sourcing committees for printed packaging, reporting KPI improvement & target achievement. Co-designing the sourcing strategy, take relevant action, priority & target setting for the region; develop & implement new sourcing approaches (e.g. standardized packaging to bundle volumes, harmonized colors to save costs). Leading the packaging purchasing team in CEE. Key achievement: Re-organization into a matrix operational model. Implementing purchasing standards in 8 key countries.

Daily operations (organizing logistic transports from productions sites in Europe to main customers or warehouses) for oversized goods or special deliveries. Supporting the senior logistics buyer on tenders for standard routes in Europe (focus countries Germany, Austria, Romania, Ukraine). Developing process optimization ideas for efficiency gains across the value chain (incl. production site and warehouse).
