Seit September 2023 bringe ich meine Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen als Teamleitung der element- Grundschule in Stuttgart ein. Dabei konzentriert sich meine Arbeit darauf das PädagogInnenteam bei der qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung des element-i Konzepts zu begleiten. Auch damit verbundene administrative Aufgaben der Grundschule liegen in meinem Aufgabenbereich. Ich arbeite zudem weiterhin als Pädagogin am Kind im Bereich Musik, leite hier z.B. den Grundschulchor.

Trainer and Consultant in the field of international development cooperation: Together with my colleagues my goal is to enable entry-level individuals, but also individual (high) professionals, governmental as well as non-governmental organisations to become effective learning individuals or organisations for sustainable and complex social change.

As assistant Junior Trainer & Consultant, I was writing a guide on the Sustainable Development Goals and later assisting the Outcome Evaluation of the UNDP Project "Building a Post-2015 Development Agenda" that contributed to the formulation of the SDGs.

As an intern, I was assisting research at the Institute of African Affairs in many different ways, for instance, assisting researcher in how to work with MaxQDA, a document analysis program. Here I got inspired to learn more and do research in the field of "Legitimacy and Efficiency of Political Systems", especially "Electoral Malpractice" and its cultural perspective, on which I am now writing my Master Thesis by implementing a case study of the country case Zambia.
