In addition to the business development duties, provided leadership to the management team to better align the marketing, publishing, and production team to increase efficiency across the board.

Responsible for acquiring new business accounts and retaining existing book of business. Routinely advise and collaborate with management and game development team to identify business needs that can be applied to product development.

Develop strategic relationships with worldwide game developers and publishers to establish partnership on game licensing, operation and IP coopeartion. Responsible for market research and competitor analysis further translating them into actionable feedback for management team.
