Member of DEAMS (Defense Enterprise and Accounting Management System) PMO (Program Management Office) responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues SOA related errors related to Oracle BPEL Interfaces as well as standard Oracle 11.5.10 functionality. Authored USAF Sustainability white paper.

Tech Lead of Data Conversion team for largest Oracle r12 ERP implementation in the world. Responsible for leading dozens of USAF workshops mapping USAF legacy system sources to Oracle ERP target (Interface tales) and working with technical consultants to perform test loads including data cleansing/data quality.

As member of small team of database engineers leveraged Oracle Designer to create e-borders schema (ERD) as well as architect High Availability architecture to include 20-node RAC, colocation site, Oracle Data Guard, and replication using Oracle Streams. Used Hammerora to stress test primary e-borders use cases.

Responsible for reverse engineering USAF budgeting application and optimizing for missing Primary Keys and Foreign Key constraints along with installing Oracle 10G RAC so application could be tested using Real Application Clusters as part of pilot.

Wrote PL/SQL custom FICO algorithm for newly acquired SAP banking module.

Refactored ETL (PL/SQL) for USAF budgeting data warehouse. Applied various Oracle 10G and Oracle Application Server patches per GCSS-AF standards. Optimized Teradata data warehousing loads.
