After having arranged a number of successful placements for friends within my network, I have decided to turn my hobby back into work. I've started again with a new company Hills & Partners, an agency specialised in jobhunting for staff at Bachelor+ level on all European markets. As before, I aim for quality, not quantity.

In 1995 I started a recruitment agency in Amsterdam, named Projob. Planned, scheduled and controlled activities to fulfill sales, operations and staffing to ensure successful implementation of the company requirements. Coordinated and integrated team and individual efforts and built positive professional relationships with consultants, employees and customers. After 10 succesfully years, I sold my share of the company to my compagnon and left the Netherlands to look for new opportunities.
