- Launched CEMAAT, the first-ever Crimeantatar public media, currently managing internal and external projects related to CEMAAT, being responsible for communication with the teams and donors - Representing Crimea Media Platform | CEMAAT globally, participating in the panel discussions and events, e.g., Cafe Kyiv in Berlin, Parliamentary breakfast at Bundestag, Leipzig Bookfair, Film screenings, etc.

- Successfully launched the Epik NFT marketplace with two partner integrations - Put all the Scrum processes in place, which helped organize the work of the newly hired dev team of 6 people to deliver the Epik NFT Marketplace, introduced weekly 1x1s with every team member to discuss tasks, challenges, and further career development plans - Helped build the company’s culture and enhance the team spirit by organizing cross-department meetings, introducing weekly 1x1s with the rest of the company’s members

- Developed and maintained strong relationships with key accounts on a global scale, e.g., T-Online, RTL, Bild.de, 1und1, PayTM, Etisalat - Organised pre-sales process, identifying and negotiating with prospective partners in the US, the UK, and French markets, enabling the company to win deals with big US publishers and major European newspapers - Exceeded target KPIs by negotiating and securing Softgames digital entertainment products being featured in the prime promotional slots on client web pages

I managed a team of 10+ people. On the account management side, I was responsible for business development and client communication with our customers. As a project manager, I re-structured and smoothened my team’s work by bringing Scrum best practices and introducing new project management tools fitting the specific needs of the company. My responsibility was to deliver websites and collateral to support successful STOs and ICOs.

As a PDM my main role was to develop international partnerships based in the UK, Germany, France and the US by increasing engagement and revenue online through Arkadium's digital content and games platforms. To launch projects I worked closely with cross-office teams based in New York and Krasnodar, Russia, that included Production, Data Intelligence, Marketing and Sales. I onboarded European key accounts and grew them to be the company’s biggest profit contributors.

- Managed development and maintenance of B2B gaming platform “Arena” - Arkadium's most successful and profitable product, integrated by hundreds of publishers across the US and Europe, including CNN, Washington Post, The Independent, Le Monde, Bild.de - Managed 15+ people product delivery team leveraging Scrum and Kanban techniques, conducted and facilitated daily standups, sprint plannings and reviews, retrospective and grooming meetings

Taught English as a Second Language to Ukrainian Civil Servants participating in a British Council program.
