Developing a post-doctoral project in the area of structural engineering, which examines the post-earthquake fire response of concrete filled tubular (CFT) columns. The main goals of the study are categorized in two parts. First, to explore the effect of seismic damage level on the structural fire response of CFT columns. Second, to examine the influence of surrounding structural members on the fire response of CFT columns. This project consisted of two main phases, namely, numerical and experimental phase.
