IDEAS trains 14 researchers in medical statistics by providing a tailored programme that includes specific training on quantitative methods for early drug development and generic skills for statisticians. The network takes a multi-national trans-sectoral approach that allows students to experience both academia and industry. Covariate model building and PKPD modeling of continuous and categorical data in NONMEM7.

Collaboration in the framework of the IDEAS Marie Curie Fellowship (modelling of drug absorption and PK compartment modelling).

Summarising and simulating pharmacokinetic data; Emax models and compartmental models for physiological effects; Hierarchical and Bayesian models; Model fitting using SAS procedures PROC NLIN and PROC NLMIXED; Bayesian decision procedures and other approaches to dose escalation studies in healthy volunteers.

Simulations about Group Sequential Designs in Bioequivalence Studies.

Preparation of my master thesis with the title "Evaluation of impact of a clinical hold in survival studies under different assumptions regarding the true effect and censoring pattern" at the Biostatistics Department of the Merck KGaA. Used software: R and SAS.

Teaching and grading undergraduate students in Calculus 1 and 2.

Mainly assisting in SAS-coding and problem-solving.

Preparation and submission of the bachelor thesis: "Derivation of a non-inferior-margin with respect to HbA1c in diabetes studies through different meta analysis approaches." Used software: SAS.

Modelling and simulation for the early development of a modified administration route; Bayesian in vitro–in vivo correlation (IVIVC) modelling; Ordinal and stochastic differential equations (ODE & SDE) in pharmacokinetics; Network Meta-Analysis. Used software: R, Stan, Monolix.
