I build and automate BI dashboards to visualize SaaS performance metrics and uncover actionable insights across sales, marketing, and customer success. I work closely with engineering and business teams to improve data structure, ensure data quality, and implement governance standards for analytics and reporting. I bridge technical and business needs, providing insights that guide operational efficiency.

At IDinsight, I lead data-driven projects supporting governments and NGOs to enhance evidence-based decision-making. I manage large-scale survey design and implementation, including developing data collection protocols for over 2,000 households across eight counties in Kenya. I translate research and evaluation findings into actionable insights for ministries and international funders, contributing to program design and funding strategies. Beyond project delivery, I strengthened systems for data quality.

At Irembo, I contributed to the redesign of the company’s data architecture to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and scalability across departments. I migrated the business intelligence infrastructure from Power BI, SSMS, and SSIS to dbt, Apache Doris, and Superset, streamlining reporting and analytics workflows. My work improved data reliability, reduced discrepancies, and enabled more strategic, data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

At Apollo Agriculture, I developed and managed analytical systems to optimize data visibility and support commercial growth. I automated data pipelines and built data marts that reduced experiment monitoring time from seven to three days, accelerating product iteration. I also created dashboards and tools to share actionable insights with county governments and commercial teams. I enhanced the efficiency of Apollo’s credit scoring and sales monitoring processes.

At PwC, I supported financial due diligence and valuation analysis for mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. I analyzed large, complex datasets to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies, including uncovering 10% savings for a major telecommunications client. This role built my foundation in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and structured analysis under tight deadlines.
