-Review, analyze and evaluate business systems. -Document requirements and objectives. -Help design, document, and maintain system processes. - Provide adminstrstive support in planning, coordinating and carrying out the functions of the company.

-Creating, maintaining and updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor. - Dealing with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices, etc. - Handling all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required. - Supervising and revising Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms and medical insurance procedures. - Updating staff records on the HR data base and issue regular reports as required. - Handling staff attendance

- Developing training of members and development strategies. - Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and services for the benefit of the organization as a whole. - Developing individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified. - Increase the friendly relation between the members by some activities, workshops and camps.
