Overall Management of the day-to-day affairs and activities of Human Resources and Administrative directorate across geographies in consonance with the group’s mission, strategic direction and overall policies in order to optimise human capital. Reports directly to the MD/CEO.

Supervising and coordinating all HR and Administrative staff and their activities in the Zone which comprises of five regions with 56 Branches and approximately 4,000 staff. My responsibilities cut across recruitment and placement, talent management, training and development, compensation management and employee relations.
