• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with technical hiring managers as a resource for their staffing needs • Responsible for qualifying job requirements from companies in an assigned territory • Arrange and conduct onsite meetings with hiring managers and recruiters • Use prospecting strategies to target key decision makers of new and existing clientele • Mentor, develop and train new Associate Account Managers

Source, interview (phone & personal) and identify technical consultants for clients, and guide them through the interview process Responsible for conducting office interviews, technical screens, reference and background checks, presenting job offers Maintain consultant relationships through luncheons, networking events and quarterly reviews Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events

• Work 24-30 hours a week while maintaining full-time student status • Aid in managing a team of 12 associates • Responsible for maintaining company standards by keeping customers satisfied and coaching associates on company policies • Performing operational responsibilities such as audits, maintaining employee files, maintaining organization and standards of shipment and cash control logs • Strong customer service skills
