I work in the IT Security area within an International Threat management team of brilliant people doing whatever it takes to keep the bad guys out, to find evil and delight our Fortune 500 customers. Specialities: Positive and “get things done” mindset and attitude. Troubleshooter. Indicators of compomise. Security incidents/events. Threat management. Defining relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning and use of big data tools.

Raising security awareness to development teams in order to solve software bugs in several cloud services including the Spanish DNIe. (OWASP, SDLC, meetings with bug researchers, security assesments...) Working on core banking and cloud environment security-related issues. Collecting and reporting IT security metrics from the online infrastructure. (SIEM, NIDS, WAFs...) Working with SGSI (ISO 27001) and PCI DSS methodologies.

Analysis and proactive detection of malicious code on websites - Auditing and forensic activities in compromised servers. - Internet fraud and e-crime analysis (mainly with bank trojans) - Writing reports about the last trends on the security landscape - Working in several transversal projects

Work to identify any potential vulnerability both within an application, impact on other applications and the infrastructure. Administratrion of hierarchical proxy architecture with content filter and statistics of Internet usage. Deployment of reverse proxy architecture to ensure the web services. Deployment of new IT services on demand integrating them on the actual infrastructure. Consolidation and High availability on the IT services.
