Managing the UI design & development for HP SkyRoom video conferencing software, as well as managing other 3rd parties to research and implement future features for the product. Responsibilities include selecting partners, defining requirements, monitoring progress, managing alphas and betas, organizing usability testing, providing recommendations, networking with other HP video projects, and championing proposed solutions within HP.

Special R&D investigations for new workstation products. Responsibilities included researching existing technologies that could be synergistic with the HP Workstation product line, meeting with potential partners, producing financials, and making recommendations to management.

Managed a cross-functional team to integrate, test, and ship Vista on the HP Workstations product line TTM with Microsoft's Vista release. Responsibilities included creating and gaining buy-in for schedule and assignments, monitoring progress, liaising with Microsoft, and making trade-offs to meet requirements.

Managed the test and integration of optical drives and software on HP workstations.

Managed relationships with software vendors supporting software on HP HP-UX and Windows workstations.
