• Developing and maintaining internal controls and procedures • Applying accounting knowledge and provide guidance on accounting or SOX issues • Providing and documenting payroll, revenue, accounts payable/receivable, unrecorded liabilities and journal entry testing under HGB to auditors • Working closely with the internal auditor • Supporting in the implementation of Microsoft D365 • Preparation of various reports on Blackline reporting tool • Preparation of the monthly management reports

• Reviewing and analysing of monthly reporting package under HGB for the German entities • Preparation of the monthly variance analysis • Reviewing bank reconciliations and debtor aging • Liaising with auditors and reviewing of financial statements under HGB • Supporting and cooperating with the tax advisor to prepare trade tax, CIT, VAT returns and year-end reporting pack • Proposing and implementing new reporting process • Delivering ad hoc financial reports

- Producing of monthly management accounts for all relevant entities in the UK. - Raising new purchase orders and reviewing CAPEX. - Preparing annual IFRS statutory accounts and lead schedules and to be the primary point of contact for auditors for the UK entities. - Producing of annual budgets and re-forecast including finance templates for the UK entities. - Day to day Treasury management which involves managing monthly debt and equity drawdowns for the various entities.

- Assisting with financial modelling including financial analysis - Preparation of annual statutory accounts - Supporting with any other ad hoc issues, queries and requests

- Reviewing management reports and preparing monthly executive packs - Business partnering with the team based in Boston - Reviewing monthly NAV reports - Preparing investment appraisal and providing independent recommendation to CFO - Updating and maintaining investment cashflow record (Pipeline) and working closely with the Treasury team - Maintaining independent pipeline information based on communication from the fund - Reviewing drawdowns against budget

- Preparing finance pack and and a part of the asset management pack for the energy funds to be presented in the meeting - Updating Fund level actuals, importing new models and updating fund assumptions - Reviewing SPV models and SPV management accounts - Updating cashbooks, posting cash journals, GPS and interest income - Updating funds managements accounts - Issuing quarterly investor statements and drawdown notices

- Overseeing on-site accountant if applicable - Managing the fund audits - Assisting with financial modelling including financial analysis - Managing cash forecasting - Liaising with offshore accountants - Supporting with any other ad hoc issues, queries and requests

- Preparation of the quarterly bank reporting of the German portfolio - Overseeing external property managers where applicable - Completing of the monthly CF reporting, development reporting and service charge reporting including analysis - Reviewing the monthly/quarterly reporting pack - Reviewing and updating CAPEX sheets - Providing full financial management for relevant assets including overseeing accounts payable and credit control

- Preparation of monthly management information pack to present to the executive committee. - Reviewing management accounts, cash flow statements and bank balance analyses - Managing the accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliation for ten entities - Ensuring all intercompany recharges have been appropriately recorded and intercompany invoices raised - Assisting with the annual audits of the German and other legal entities
