Driving contract and product management for this chemical company, growing revenues by £1 million in 2 years to achieve £7.5 annual turnover; accountable for consistent target achievement within sales, customer service and logistical operations, leading structured pricing and business performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives; securing a 20% cost saving through supply chain and logistical improvements, and boosting revenues significantly by negotiating and launching a thousand products.
