Duties  Process analysis and Continuous Improvement. Monitoring and seeking ways to reduce waste, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.  Risk Management. Identifying operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Creating contingency plans for potential disruptions.  Cost Analysis. Analyzing supply chain costs, transportation and storage costs. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

Duties  Inbound logistics. Project planning and Budgeting for Vessel/Ship discharge operations. Prepare tipper trucks needed to transport bulk wheat/maize/soya bean meal from the Vessel to the Silo and Warehouse.  Outbound Logistics. Outsource the distribution of finished goods to customers through third-party logistics providers. Work closely with third-party delivery service companies to ensure timely delivery at the right cost.  Vehicle Routine Maintenance and Servicing.

 Staff management. Hiring, training, performance appraisals, and firing  Sales and customer service.  Merchandizing. Arrange/Display products using FIFO, LIFO and Colour Block.  Stock requisition, reception, and replenishment. Raise stock requests and prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers. Monitor to ensure timely delivery of product with the right quality at the right cost.  Inventory management.  Record Keeping. Ensure all transactions are well documented and filed appropriately.  Reporting
