Representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and under the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration in connection with disputes in the banking, telecommunications, IT and soft-beverages industries. My tasks include drafting briefs, procedural correspondence, conducting witness interviews, document production, participation in oral hearings, review of valuation expert reports.

Drafted bills and providing legal advice to senators relating to finance law, MERCOSUR regulation and international trade law. My tasks also included participating in the meetings of the finance, MERCOSUR and international trade law committees, drafting of memoranda, analysis of the Budget project of 2007 for the Republic of Argentina and reviewing of several different projects in connection with the reform of the international commercial arbitration law of Argentina.

My tasks included drafting briefs to the court and administrative institutions, represented the law firm's clients in front of the commercial and administrative courts and preparation of reports to banks and insurance companies.

My tasks included going to the court and preparing reports on the cases for the lawyers.

My tasks included drafting reports and articles for the bimonthly newspaper of the Law School and updating the webpage of the University of Buenos Aires, Law School.
