“Greenfield” start up of a plant of polyurethane seating foam pads in Poland - Site classified Seveso 2 Hiring, Training , Management of 380 employees. Start up 5 production lines. Industrialisation & ramp up of 6 new projects : Total = 14 000 parts per day. Implementation and deployment of Faurecia Excellence System: Lean manufacturing concepts based on Toyota production system.

Management of the site Ideal Audomotive Erpe-Mere in Belgium Set up of a reorganisation of the firm in 2002 and reduction of the work-force from 90 to 40 persons Sales/project manager interior parts for PSA for 3 plants of the group (2 in Germany and 1 in Belgium). Project Manager Z8-Z9/607 Peugeot - Turnover = 5M€ / year + Acquisitions for PSA .

Responsible of the production unit : Start up production unit from the beginning, recruitment of the workforce and set up of 5 production teams + planning team (+100 persons). Results : Improvement of the production capacity of the plant from 550 T up to 900 T per month through process development and increased line efficiency.

Manager of the planning team and of a cutting production department from 08/1997. Activity = 7 Million meters of printed fabrics per year / 25 Million € turnover / 15 people. Ignition and development of a software to manage the supply chain on AS400 Study, complete negotiation, and installation of a radio transmission system with mobile terminals / Budget 50 K€.
