Managed Oyak Renault’s X-84 assembly line portable spot welding machines project, budgeted nearly 1,300,000 euro in total with a nearly 500,000 euro procurement budget. Negotiated with the customer, managed the procurement planning. Coordinated the design, sales, logistics, production, procurement divisions and the suppliers to meet the tasks in the schedule.
