Led the "On-Chip PCR Device Production" project (TUBITAK), focusing on miniaturized diagnostics and hardware-software integration. Managed the Electrical & Electronics Engineering laboratories, overseeing the maintenance and calibration of medical and electronic testing equipment. Mentored and trained over 100+ engineering students in complex system operations, data analysis, and laboratory safety protocols.

I implemented a communication-centric instructional framework tailored for a diverse demographic ranging from young learners (age 7) to professionals (age 45), prioritizing interactive speaking-based activities over conventional grammar-heavy methodologies. This versatile approach facilitated accelerated verbal proficiency and ensured that learners at various developmental stages could effectively transition from theoretical understanding to practical, real-world linguistic engagement.

Provided administrative leadership and strategic oversight for the Electronics Division. Managed faculty coordination, departmental budget resources, and academic curriculum modernization.

Worked as a QAQC engineer for an enhancement project in The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline. The application of the project on the cite enabled a faster petrol flow rate thanks to the injection of a special chemical called DRA. The project application consisted of a complex electronics system, its cabling and connection to the main control unit.
