• Analyze current and past trends including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures • In charge of regular financial reporting to the management including detailed comments on business performance • Prepare and conduct the subsidiaries’ annual budgeting process and mid-term business plan • Prepare regular forecasts regarding the group's financial performance • Monitor, analyse and report on deviations/ variances • Support CFO with various ad-hoc analysis

• Manage CTI Asia spend to understand expense trends, identify risk and opportunities • Perform timely analysis on spend in monthly financial reviews (vs Plan and prior periods) with business partners • Work closely with transformation and controller teams on booking of expenses/credits • Perform accurate Forecasting/Outlook and Budgeting at the managed segment level • Co-ordinate and collate Plan activities and information from team leads and business

Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting • Perform variance analysis in IO, NS, COS and SGA for monthly management reporting pack. • Pivotal role in financial planning, including annual budget and monthly forecast. • Perform month-end closing procedures for monthly financial figures. • Tracking of sales volumes, trends and opportunities. • Liaise with commercial director for business review.

• Review and preparation of finance statements for month-end closing. • Liaise with foreign and local suppliers to facilitate business transactions. • Responsible for the posting of general ledger • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, debit and credit note to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in system. • Involved in the processing of high volume of multi-currency invoices.

• Responsible for carrying out of audit assignments from planning to preparation stage and finalisation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards for various SME company. • Performed tax computations and complete tax returns to IRAS on behalf of clients. • Conducted year-end stock-taking exercise. • Performed audit testing for tangible fixed assets, long term loan and deferred income, GST, stock, work in progress, profit and loss accounts and other investments.
