As a Business Manager of a cluster of brands including Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone London, Tom Ford Beauty, and Kilian Paris, I am a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders and their teams and drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate sustainable growth. Furtheromre, I lead the financial planning cycles and influence the strategic directions of the brands by evaluating the financial impacts of strategic choices, suggesting alternatives and supporting the implementation.

As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, I efficiently collaborated with local teams worldwide and identified/evaluated improvement initiatives to reduce Supply Chain costs while standardized the content of the operational reporting and business reviews.

As a Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager, I measured the performance of the manufacturing and logistics processes against goals, highlighted gaps, and developed/implemented action plans to bridge them. I also led the monthly closing for COGS/OPEX for Commercial, Marketing and other functions including FTE planning from the finance side.

- Led and consolidated the annual business planning and the monthly rolling estimates for OPEX - Coordinated and reviewed the month-end closing process for OPEX. - As Finance Business Partner organized regular cost center reviews (actual vs. plan analysis) with various functions: Commercial, HR, IT, and Finance and actively proposed actions to improve cost base/efficiency. - Monitored business losses and optimized working capital by providing insides to senior management in monthly SIOP meeting.

- In-Charge of monthly variance analysis regarding Supply Chain OPEX / Business Losses as well as Inventory Management to Senior Management. - Responsible for cost center budgeting, reporting, and monthly closing activities. - Monitored and established internal controls to assure full compliance with SOX. - Calculated the NPV and paybacks for CAPEX investments. - Coordinated and managed various finance-related and cross-functional projects.
