Part time freelance job while finishing my University thesis in Venezuela. Worked mainly with 1 band and 2 events with international stars such as Hillary Duff, Mana, La oreja de Van Gogh. I was responsible for the logistics (booking hotels, travel arrangements) of the band and roadies, controlling administrative work (paper work, planning) and liaising with the manager. Confirming and re-confirming hotel reservations, radio and television interviews, meetings, and sound checks and show times.

Reporting directly the RDOM. Coordinated regional S&M plan with all marketing directors of the 4 hotels; assisted in establishing annual budget; responsible for revenue reports for DOM's meetings. Coordinated with sales, reservations and front office department to implement marketing actions. Liased with IHG Latin American office to implement and maintain all departments (S&M, FO, Design) informed of chain policies, strategies and branding, informing and giving presentations.

Facilitating arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out). Controlling cash transactions and maintaining complete responsibility for personal register. Handling guest issues, challenges, and problems. Cooperation with S&M dept. implementing upselling strategies and hosting site inspections in absence of account managers.
