My current job consists of providing a consulting and Integration professional service in the OSS, CEM, charging, messaging provisioning Area in order to: - understand, define and propose technical solution to the customers - plan (together the sales account) the effort estimation (in terms of MWD and price) of the solutions - follow the development phase and to decide about the test strategy to adopt for the test phase - Follow (or to perform personally) the test and delivery phases

I worked as System and Verification group Team Leader in CSI department having the following responsibilities: - salary and compensation definition, rewarding, coaching and mentoring - people objectives definition In the same time I worked as Technical Architect to support the Customer Consultant (CC) in the pre-sales phase. I provided feasibility study and effort estimation to be used from the CC for the commercial offer towards the customer.

I started to work in Nokia as Senior Testing Engineer for the Consulting & System Integration (CSI) department. Our mission was to integrate in the different customers Networks the Nokia products and to develop some customizations where it needed. So I was involved to test and to install our “customization” and the Nokia products as Nokia CG, Nokia ICD, NTMS, DLS SMSC, MMSC. These platforms are related to the following areas: Charging & Billing, Messaging and Provisioning

I worked in the integration software department. I was involved as Testing engineer for the test phase of applications for the management of telephone exchanges.

During this period I worked in the department involved with Factory automation. We developed, cooperating with various third-party vendors (Siemens, LCS, Grohmann Engineering, Satafim, GenRad, Elettric 80) an internal project to have a complete automated flow for PCS production lines, totally integrated also with logistic and quality systems. There were also one of the first implementation of LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) to automatically deliver materials in production lines from our automated stock.

I started working in Italtel SpA (Settimo Milanese – Milan), as software engineers of sw applications for the divisional technical information system in all the Italtel sites in Italy I designed and developed a sw application about the corporate and divisional components, using the DBMS Oracle V6 in VAX/VMS and VAX/Ultrix OS.
