Lead and support logistics projects, continuous improvement and safety activities internally and for external service providers.  Reduced 5% total CO2 emissions in transportation by implementing an innovative continuous improvement and behaviors program.  Defined the 10 years warehousing strategy for Valencia and Seville breweries.  Saved 87k€/yr on a supplier by introducing continuous improvement tools.  Coordinated the 50k€ potential transportation savings using light weight trailers.

Calculate daily stock and manage products availability.  Reduced shortage costs by a 5% identifying products shortage patterns.  Increased product availability by a deeper analysis of each product in collaboration with sales.  Reduced communication time with product managers by creating a product availability file with Q&A cells from supply planning to marketing.

Implement service level improvements and manage customers portal Ecosiac (orders & bills).  Achieved a 25% of Ecosiac portal usage by using email, sms, surveys and letters campaings.  Identified delivery improvements by analyzing loading times.

Coordinate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing & Cultural Change tools for the area (5 production stations, 150 employees).  Implemented Lean Manufacturing tools (5W, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, etc) generating improvements that helped to reduce lead times, costs and improving working conditions. Maturity increased by a 20%.  Encouraged blue collars along the workshop by motivation and training, generating a more autonomous Lean working culture, and consequently, a positive impact performance.

Support IT projects and improvements together with the IS Operations Manager.  Incorporated Telepresence systems into Iberia locations reducing trip costs by 30%.  Integrated Sales Force Unit devices into a Tablet computer reducing costs by 20% and improving business timing.  Optimized Iberia phone and data lines reducing costs by 17%.
