Directed CAD/CAE modeling, high-pressure routing, and structural/thermal/fatigue FEA (Ansys, Abaqus, Hypermesh) with the team's FEA specialist, and produced GD&T-driven design and production drawings for every system component.

Owned mechanical design and validation of Verne's first two stationary cryo-compressed hydrogen (CcH2) storage systems (120+ kg and 30+ kg H2 units), the latter tested at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). Engineered CcH2 systems at ~-253°C and up to 350 bar, achieving 70%+ higher volumetric energy density than standard 700 bar gaseous hydrogen storage.
