As a Global Key Account Technical Lead, I hold the technical support responsibility for one of the global key accounts with this customer facing role for serving as the subject matter expert in implementing biotechnology (enzymes) in customer's product development projects of various household care products, including laundry and fabric conditioners, employing project management skills to lead complex projects involving a multicultural and multi-background external and internal stakeholder landscape.

By employing customer facing role skills, provided technical customer service to European private label detergent manufacturers, focusing on enzyme applications in various detergent categories. Conducted enzyme stability studies in liquid detergents, identifying optimal options for sustained performance, leading to consumer magazine accolades for finding most feasible solution by employing analytical skills. Designed and reported on product benchmark studies, providing valuable guidance to customers.

Provided technical customer service to household care detergent manufacturers in Turkey and Middle East focusing on enzyme applications in powder and liquid detergents. Through in-person visits, engaged in needs-based discussions with customers to identify and implement suitable technical and commercial solutions. Conducted laboratory appraisal trials for various detergent applications, including laundry and dishwashing, delivered product demonstrations to showcase the tangible benefits of enzymes.

Acting as the Technical Specialist, provided technical support to customers in the effective application of cleaning and disinfection chemicals within the Food & Beverage industry. Conducted site surveys, hygiene audits, field trials and cleaning validation in dairy, protein, beverage, and brewery industrial plants to identify technology and efficiency gaps in CIP, OPC, tunnel/bottle washing, membrane cleaning and other related systems. Worked closely with the local Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and RA.

Led an EU-funded FP7 project called PILLS ("Process Intensification Methodologies for Liquid-Liquid Systems in Structured Equipment") in a consortium of 10 members (academia and industry). Utilized computational fluid dynamics software packages Gambit and Fluent for hydraulic simulations of the NETmix mesoreactor. Designed and oversaw the construction of a laboratory-scale setup, featuring NETmix equipment with anti-corrosion coating, pumps, piping, sampling setup, and PLC control systems.

Leveraged technical knowledge to drive sales of water treatment chemicals and systems, ensuring efficient treatment regimes tailored to customer needs. Successfully increased sales revenue by delivering tailored water treatment solutions to industrial clients. Specialized in industrial applications, including industrial heating/cooling systems, boilers, cooling towers and waste water treatment across diverse sectors such as food and beverage, automotive, cement, steel, and power plants.
