The New Product Introduction (NPI) group, as part of the Product Line Management (PLM) department, has the objectives of bringing new products to market faster and more efficiently and tracking their lifecycle from introduction up to end of the life utilizing an NPI tollgate process. This is a transversal activity across the organization, working closely with R&D, Marketing and Product Line Managers as well as with external clients.

Managed IT team (25 people). Deployment of IT infrastructure for the different stores / hypermarkets around China. Worked in close relationship with IBM, HP, Siemens, etc.

Set of China Representive Office in Shanghai, China PRC. Provided IT services to different European companies such as Carrefour China, Alcatel, etc. Managed a team of 5 Chinese engineers.
