• In charge of business development for laser welding application in whole China, including identify and develop new customers and new industry, achieve sales target and increase market share; • Promoting nLIGHT laser to key accounts, coordinating end user, integrators, internal product team and application support, to complete the qualification efficiently; • Focusing on battery welding, developing and providing better solution, to improve the production efficiency and yield rate for end users;

• Providing technical support, system integration, product training, processing testing for integrators and customers; • Coordinating new products (including laser powers, laser sensors, and laser systems) and application introduction process from headquarters, training sales, marketing and customers;

• Providing competitive technology proposal (including the process feasibility and cycle time evaluation) and cost analysis for advanced manufacturing system according to requirements and standards from customers; • Followed the projects, solved all open issues, improved the subsequent proposal according to the experience from practice.
