Masterthesis zum Thema: Operational Excellence Performance Management Balanced Scorecard

Accomplishing the bachelor thesis within an internship at TRUMPF (China) Co. Ltd in Taicang (China). Assigned in the lean management team to Analyze and evaluate the internal material supply system, develop and evaluate new solution and process concepts, proving new concept via a pilot implementation for one production line. In cooperation with the Tongji University in Shanghai, the thesis with the title: "Process Reengineering of the Internal Material Supply System" has been accomplished.

Internship within the Technology Engineering Center at the Festo Production Ltd. in Jinan (China); Assisting the project manager of the new established center tool store within an internship, while main tasks had been the following: Observation and description of manufacturing processes and project test runs; Testing of the tool data management software "TDM Systems" as pre-user; Filter, sort and translate the tool database; Communication support between Chinese and German colleagues.
