I advise companies in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain improvements of pharmaceutical products. The challenges range from simple operational support, like identifying suppliers or leading negotiations, to complex and strategic mandates such as department (re)structuring, defining a portfolio of strategic partners (suppliers) or implementing sourcing and supply chain process improvements. All services are tailored to business challenges & focuses on sustainability and profitable growth.

My mandate was to establish a sourcing organization for all direct materials and implement solid structures & systems to execute efficiently the growing need in selecting suppliers for commercial and R&D projects and maximize sourcing gains. I enjoy working with team members of different nations & cultures to improve their results within the scattered organization and at the same time networking & negotiating with suppliers around the world to support company’s ambitious growth.

The responsibilities in my role were versatile of technical and economical nature. Working closely with marketing, RA & BD teams, I had numerous technical project involvements in product acquisitions which lead to technical projects with supervising production improvement initiatives and supply chain enhancements. Additionally, I led a successful implementation and management of an international site transfer project linking multiple global stakeholders and a total spend of more than 1,2M USD

CCPP Inc. (Concept and Competence Pharma Projects) is a small consulting company for the pharmaceutical and biosimilar sector. After moving continents for private reasons, I joined the small consulting company which gave me the opportunity to gain insights into biosimilars, business case compilations for biosimilars as well as exploration of the Canadian pharmaceutical market.

Responsible for leading & managing a supply team of managers & assistants, coordinating generic drug product deliveries to customers all over the world, designing supply chains for different products & various businesses while negotiating long term contracts with customers and suppliers. Improved and strengthened the department position within the organization by putting in place internal procedures, by ensuring efficient and effective workflows as well as by establishing trendsetting business processes.

My role was coordinating successfully multiple commercial products by supervising CMO’s (Custom Manufacturing Organizations or 3rd Party Operations), managing production and delivery schedules to the one side and increasing customers service level to the other. The aim was to improve manufacturing (output, timing, costs) and support customers with market penetration and market extensions (launches).

• Leading and motivating sales people and coaching on improving customer service. Personnel planning and personnel recruitment for peak seasons. • Managing shop inventory, performing demand planning and assuring stock replenishment as well as organizing shop’s back office. • Territory expansion project assignment: Leadership function to coach and implement company’s philosophy for opening and launching of international branches (7 months assignment in London / GB and the Netherlands).
